Sarah Garrett – Innovation & Creativity in the Workplace

Sarah has a background in health care management in the National Health Service. Through her work with the NHS, she has developed a real passion for improving the quality and safety of care. Her area of expertise includes the design and testing of new approaches in service transformation, supporting and coaching healthcare staff and leaders and disseminating new learning nationally and internationally. Her positions of influence and responsibility include strategic advisor to England’s Patient Safety First campaign and is co-author of the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement publication, ‘Thinking Differently’. She is currently a consultant at Idenk, an organisation which works with leaders in helping them improve their teams. Their approach involves taking a fresh perspective via collaborative thinking and ensuring ideas are seen through into action.
